The nose opens with crisp orange peel and bright lemon zest. Green apple and Alpine strawberry flavors follow, in a sea of delicate and persistent bubbles. Crafted in Methode Traditionnelle, the sparkling wine has graceful brushstrokes of fresh baked bread and caramel that lend depth and balance to the fruit. A kiss of minerality accompanies the long, lifted finish. An excellent pairing with a handful of toasted nuts, a pungent blue cheese or a plate of sea scallops in rich citrus sauce.
