Made from edible sweet potato　(Miyazaki Beni) with 3 themes “Delicate”, “Harmony”, and “Aftertaste”. This is the very first SHOCHU, our chief brewer (TOJI) made.

Characteristic of Miyazaki Beni, light aroma and sweetness can be enjoyed in various ways, on the rocks, with hot or cold water or soda.
