Botanicals of juniper, Indian coriander, cardamom, licorice root, bitter orange and angelica root fully develop their flavors from the hot steam vapor process of traditional pot distillation. Then, the botanicals of fresh orange and lemon peels, honeysuckle flowers and ripe, peeled cucumbers are individually cold distilled on our modern rotary evaporators to ensure their authentic flavors. All are blended together before adding pure deionized water. A lasting alliance is formed in our final step when we infuse the gin with butterfly pea flowers resulting in a beautiful indigo hue.
