Dos Maderas Px 5+5 Rum

A bold combination of rums from Barbados and Guyana, aged in the Caribbean for five years in American oak casks before being transported to Spain where it was aged for a further five years in Pedro Ximenez and Palo Cortado sherry casks. This rum has a heavily sherried character, with intensely fruity flavours filling the palate. Notes of molasses, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg build and mingle with spicy orange peel and cloves. The finish is rich and dark, full of chocolate and coffee flavours.

Dos Maderas rum is made by Bodegas William Humbert, using a blend of rums from Barbados and Guyana. The secret to this rum is the triple-aging technique used to give it such strong, individual flavours. Combining the knowledge of Caribbean rum-makers and Hispanic wineries to create a beautiful spirit.
